BUILDER'S SPRINGER:

This springer is built to Gary W Weishaupt plans. Complete engineered prints can be downloaded for FREE here:

This springer is NOT A KIT to be bolted on. It's for experienced builders capable of professional welding and reading
assembly prints. I'll include a complete set of Gary's prints on CD free with purchase of unit.

Each piece is carefully CNC machined to exact specs, then checked for accuracy and proper fit. Steel parts are
1018 CRS, tubing is .156 wall DOM. Bushings are pressed in line. Bottom tree is drilled for internal fork stops.
(Fork stops are optional). Paughco springs and rods are included, as well as the neck stem, adjuster nut, top
clamp nut and all hardware. (Axle not included, but 9.25 inch spacer is). I'll add tapped holes for headlights etc.
for no additional charge.

This complete springer comes not welded.
